How does OneDais work?
- Once you have joined the OneDais family, we have a library and resource center filled with information and tutorial videos to answer any questions that may arise.
How do I add my contacts?
- You can bulk upload your contacts using spreadsheets, connect to your CRM or manually enter them one at a time.
Is there a limit to how many people you can message at once?
- Your messaging capacity is based on what regulations permit, it is dependent on the number you are using.
Can I start to call and text immediately?
- Yes, once we have you acclimated to our platform, you are good to go.
Is there international messaging? What countries does OneDais work in?
- We only work in the US & Canada as of right now.

Can I begin messaging immediately?
- No. Your campaign must first be approved by The Campaign Registry (TCR) to begin messaging. Once approved, you are free to follow suit.
What is The Campaign Registry?
- The Campaign Registry (TCR) is a centralized place for registering phone numbers for application-to-person messaging. TCR is in place to help businesses comply with federal regulations created to make business texting more secure and trustworthy. It is mandatory to register your brand and campaign to send out messages.
What is a Brand?
- A brand is a company or organization a customer sees as responsible for communicating with them. It helps to authenticate business communications and protect against impersonation. We must register your business as a brand first on TCR. Once registered you are given a Brand ID that is associated with all your campaigns, numbers, and messages that is used to identify the business.
What is a campaign?
- A campaign provides insight into how you are leveraging your phone numbers to send out SMS. The best description is a campaign is a unique use case. For example, sending marketing messages and sending alert messages are two different use cases. You must have one campaign per use case although there are some unique cases in which mixed use cases can be seen as one campaign. We must register each unique campaign. Once the campaign is registered, each campaign will receive a unique ID.
What happens if you do not register with the campaign registry?
- If you do not register with TCR, you may violate federal regulations and face penalties. This is an industry-wide requirement; all messaging service providers must abide by these regulations to ensure compliance among the industry.
What penalties for text messaging non-compliance with TCR can occur?
- Penalties vary depending on the specific laws and regulations violated. Penalties can include your messages being filtered, blocked, or not delivered to your contacts. Your brand could get banned by carriers for texting with an unregistered number. You could get fined per message sent under an unregistered number. Penalties can range from but are not limited to suspension, termination, and/or large fines.
If you have violated TCR, is it possible to become unblocked?
- Unblocking is not guaranteed, especially if the violation is severe or ongoing. However, you can identify the cause of the block, attempt to correct the issue, request unblocking, and wait for your approval.
What happens if TCR rejects your campaign?
- If TCR rejects your campaign, it does not meet the requirements for compliance. The OneDais team will work with you to re-register your campaign. We will help you understand why it was rejected and provide guidance to get it approved.
How long is the registration process?
- On average, it takes about 3 to 5 days to complete registration. However, depending on your volume it can take shorter or longer to complete.
Once I register am I clear to begin messaging?
- Once your campaign is approved and fully vetted, the OneDais team will notify you on when you can 100% begin sending out messages.
Will my contacts see each other’s responses?
- No, OneDais ensures privacy by sending individual messages to each recipient.
Can I block numbers from sending messages?
- Yes. You can stop any contact from sending messages.
Can my contacts opt out of messaging on their own?
- Yes, OneDais provides an option for recipients to opt out of messages by following the trigger phrase given for the messages they received.
Do you share or sell the information in my account? How safe is our information?
- No. Your information is safe with us. Please see our privacy policy.
What types of messages can I send?
- Once your campaign is approved by The Campaign Registry (TCR) you are free to post your campaign directed messages.
Can I use my local number?
- Yes. However, we can provide you with a number.
Can my contacts respond to my messages?
- Yes, you can monitor all responses via our OneDais platform.
Do I have a restricted character limit?
- The standard character limit of 160 applies for each text, once you exceed the character limit it counts 2+ messages but the receiver only views it as 1 message.
Can I send messages to various categories of contacts?
- Yes, the OneDais platform allows you to segment your contacts according to your desires.
Can I auto reply to messages?
- Yes, you can automatically respond to incoming messages based on predefined criteria.
Can I schedule messages?
- Yes, plan and prepare your communication ahead of time to assure that messages are sent out according to your schedule.
Can I set up keyword auto replies?
- Yes, you can set up trigger words.
Is there an extra cost to receive texts?
- No additional charge, for recipients' standard text rates apply.
Can I send an MMS?
- Yes, you can send multimedia messages which allows you to include images, videos, or other MMS content.
Is there a delay in messaging or is it immediate?
- OneDais sends messages immediately, but delivery is dependent on the carrier.
What are the pricing plans?

What are my payment options?
o ACH is preferable but we do take credit. For credit there is a processing sur charge.
Do you have a Startup fee? Additional Monthly fee?
o Yes, fees are attached to branding campaign registration to begin your campaign. There are recurring campaign fees charged by TCR.

How fast is the platform?
o As fast as your internet connection! OneDais is built to be quick and efficient with every use!
What counts as a messaged contact?
o Any contact that sends or receives a message in your billing period counts as a Messaged Contact. Other Contacts on our account will not be billed. This lets you build up a contact list in OneDais while only paying for the contacts you are actively interacting with.
